Peter is Head of Private Equity within the PRI’s Investment Practices team. He has 22 years of experience in the asset management industry. Before joining PRI, he worked in the emerging market private equity team of Capital Group for over a decade. In addition, Peter sits on the steering committee of Initiative Climat International (iCI), an investor-led private equity climate initiative. Peter holds a BSc in Human and Physical Geography from Reading University in the UK. He is also a CFA charterholder.

Janusz is a Senior Managing Director, Head of Investment Management Emerging Markets, a member of the Board of Directors of CD Limited, Compliance & Conflicts Committee and the Private Equity Investment Committee. He has over 35 years of private equity, corporate finance, and industry experience. Prior to joining us, Janusz was head of Central and Eastern European private equity at Allianz Specialized Investments (formerly Dresdner Kleinwort Capital), having previously been deputy chairman and managing director of PTP-Kleinwort Benson. He has also been chief executive of a UK public company; a member of the Wilton Park Advisory Council (a Foreign and Commonwealth Office agency); a non-executive director and trustee of HCT (a UK social enterprise) and Computer Aid International (a UK-based charity). He holds an MBA from the University of Aston and is a past Fellow of the Chartered Institute of Marketing.

Scott Moeller is the Director & Founder of the M&A Research Centre at Bayes Business School where he also Professor in the Practice of Finance. Scott is widely published as an author or co-author, including Why Deals Fail & How to Rescue Them: M&A Lessons for Deal Success (in The Economist business book series, published in September 2016). Prior to his teaching and research, Scott was at Deutsche Bank in London for 6 years in several senior banking positions. He worked first at Booz Allen & Hamilton management consultants for over 5 years and then at Morgan Stanley for over 12 years in New York, Japan, and then as co-manager of Morgan Stanley in Germany. Scott is a graduate of the Yale Graduate School (MA) and the Yale Management School (MBA).

Elise is Chief Operating Officer and Head of Investor Relations at Earth Capital Ltd, as well as a Board Director. Her responsibilities include leading on brand and communication across marketing and investor relations, overseeing the day-to-day function of the operational team and working closely with the sustainability team on the Earth Dividend™. Under Elise's leadership, the company has developed significant recognition across private wealth and sustainable finance.
Elise has over 10 years of experience in the finance sector, including working for KKR and Edge VC in Operational and Investor Relations roles. In 2016, Elise relocated to India, working with NGOs focused on water, sanitation and hygiene (WASH) where amongst other duties she handled relations between the projects and the donors.
She has completed courses at both the Institute of Environmental Management and Assessment and The Chartered Institute of Marketing and is also a Member of the Institute of Directors.
Dörte Höppner is the Chief Sustainability Officer of The Riverside Company and heads up global ESG initiatives for the firm. In addition, she leads the firm’s European fund raising and investor relations activities. An economist by training, Dörte joined Riverside in 2017 as Chief Operating Officer for its European operations. Prior to Riverside, she was Chief Executive at Invest Europe, the European private equity association, and Managing Director of the German private equity association. Dörte has been widely recognised for her work championing ESG within the wider PE community and is a frequent speaker at conferences and author or media articles on the importance of ESG and D&I initiatives.
ESG Manager Summa Equity
Alex is currently working as ESG Manager at Summa Equity (“Summa”), where he has spent the last four years helping to develop Summa’s methodology for evaluating, enhancing, measuring and reporting on impact. Alex has been the editorial lead on Summa’s annual portfolio report, and plays a central role in Summa’s external communication around impact and impact management. Prior to Summa, he spent several years in banking, working with business intelligence and analytics. Alex has Master’s degree in Development Economics from the University of Queensland (UQ), with a course load and thesis focused on quantitative methods, emerging markets and renewable energy.

Stefano is a Partner and Ambienta’s Head of ESG. He joined Ambienta in 2012 and is based in London.
He has been involved in a number of transactions including Tower Light, Calucem, Oskar Nolte, IP Cleaning and SF Filter.
Prior to joining Ambienta, he was a Partner at Palamon Capital Partners (London) for nine years and spent eight years at the Boston Consulting Group (Milan, Stockholm, Helsinki), focusing on European industrial companies. He started his career at BASF in Basle (CH), first in the R&D division and eventually in the stabilisation of recycled plastics.
Stefano graduated from Politecnico University of Milan with a degree in Chemical Engineering and holds an MBA from the Helsinki School of Economics and MIT in Boston. He also completed Postgraduate studies in Physical Chemistry at the Technische Universität Darmstadt.
Stafano speaks Italian (native), English (fluent) and German (fluent).

Michele co-founded Bridges in 2002 and serves as Co-CEO. She has played a leading role in the growth of the sustainable and impact investing sectors in the UK and worldwide, including as an adviser to the UK Treasury’s Social Investment Task Force, as Chair of the UK National Advisory Board on Impact Investing and on the Council and the Responsible Investment Committee of the BVCA.
Michele has over 25 years experience in sustainable and impact investing and international development finance, including working for International Finance Corporation and serving on the Board of British International Investments (formerly CDC)
She was awarded an OBE for services to international development and social finance in the 2018 Queen’s Birthday Honours list.

With €8bn AuM focused on Europe, main activities are making primary commitments, secondary fund investments and co-investments for clients and pooled funds. 30 years in European PE industry - LP, GP, corporate financier and service provider. I am an Advisory Board member of numerous funds and a member of the Invest Europe Limited Partners Council.
Principal, Director of ESG and Responsible Investing Adams Street Partners
As Director of ESG and Responsible Investing, Mr. Hill is the Chairperson of Adams Street’s Environmental, Social, and Governance Committee, and supports Adams Street’s ESG efforts across all investment strategies, including impacting investing. He collaborates with internal and external stakeholders to analyze, measure, and report ESG performance, as well as drive improvement. Mr. Hill’s career in the fields of ESG research and sustainability spans two decades, helping both companies and financial institutions increase transparency on ESG-related risks and opportunities. He joined Adams Street from S&P Global Trucost, where he where he played a key role in managing and delivering projects that provided data-leveraged ESG insights to leading businesses and institutional investors. Before that, Mr. Hill spent more than 15 years in several roles as both a consultant and analyst of corporate ESG strategy and reporting.

Emin was a member of the Stirling Square investment team from 2005 until 2010. He re-joined Stirling Square in 2019 as Head of Sustainability after having worked as an independent consultant and investor in the meantime. Previously, he held roles at Agilitas Partners, Credit Suisse First Boston, Siemens, and Dicke & Associates Management Consultants. Emin holds an MBA from The Wharton School and an MSc in Computer Engineering from the University of Siegen.
